Care guide

When your order leaves our Hudson Valley, New York-based warehouse, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Once your order is with the shipping company (shippers vary based on your location and order size), they will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date.

Note: If your mirror is under four feet, it will be shipped via UPS, and you will not be contacted directly for delivery. You can still track your package using the tracking number provided to you via email.

On the day of your delivery, please inspect the shipment in full. If there are any damages to the box, do not accept the delivery.

Please be sure to unbox your mirror according to the best practices found on the shipping box. Also below:

*DO NOT LAY FLAT*

1. Remove the entire cover of the box by opening along the edges where the packing tape is.
2. DO NOT SLIDE MIRROR OUT OF BOX. STAPLES WILL DAMAGE THE MIRROR.
3. Lift box lid to remove the mirror - use white gloves (enclosed in box) and hold mirror from edges.
4. Carefully use a screwdriver to remove the corner inserts
5. Remove the plastic cover that protects the mirror by lifting off masking tape from the back of the mirror.

Handle by holding the mirror along its edges only.

• Do not press down on mirror surface with your thumbs when holding mirror along edge.
• Do not put any weight or object on mirror surface when it is in a horizontal position.

Hardware, already attached to the mirror panel, includes:

• 4x brackets
• 4x #10 self-tap screws

Installation instructions:

1. It is recommended that two people mount the mirror panel.
2. Every panel has predrilled holes. To install the mirror panel in a horizontal position, remove self-tapping screws and brackets. Install them in the holes located approximately 1 9/16” from each corner on the side of the mirror brackets.
3. Locate position of mirror panel on wall marking the spots for the mounting holes of the brackets.
4. Drill the four holes in the wall using a drill size suitable to the type of wall fastener (not included) you intend to use.

Installation instructions:

1. Locate the four predrilled mounting holes on the back of the mirror panel.
2. Ensure the stands are mounted so that the mirror panel rests on the arm of the rolling stand.
3. Line up the edge of the bracket with the edge of the mirror panel.
